About Riley Cline

I'm Riley Cline, and together with my partner Abby, we run The Cline Group — a husband and wife real estate team serving South Orange County. For us, this work has always been about people first. We genuinely love getting to know our clients, understanding what matters to them, and being the kind of agents they can actually count on to pick up the phone.

Real estate transactions can be stressful, and we don't take lightly the trust people place in us during some of life's biggest moments. Our goal is always to make the process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible — and to make sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way.

One thing that does set our approach apart is that I'm also an active real estate investor. That means I'm always tapped into off-market opportunities and can bring options to the table that go beyond a typical MLS search — something my clients have found really valuable.
