I'm Abby Cline, and together with my partner Riley, we run The Cline Group — a husband and wife real estate team serving South Orange County.

South Orange County isn't just my market—it's my forever home. After growing up here and now raising a family of my own, I bring a unique, multi-generational perspective to every real estate search and sale.

With a background in high-pressure corporate sales, I bring a strong skillset in negotiation tactics ensuring our clients have a competitive edge in each deal. I pride myself on cultivating strong, trust-based relationships through transparent communication and expert industry knowledge. My goal is simple: to provide a seamless experience for buyers and sellers who value local expertise and a personal touch.

Off the clock, you’ll find me at the beach with my family, chasing our busy toddler at one of our local parks, or skiing in Mammoth.
